MATH&153 — Calculus III (5 cr)
This is the third quarter of a three-quarter course in calculus and analytic geometry. This course includes an introduction to differential equations; parametric equations; polar, cylindrical and spherical coordinates; infinite sequences and series. Cylindrical and quadric surfaces, vector valued functions and their space curves, and derivatives and integrals of vector functions also are discussed. Prerequisite: MATH& 152 with a 2.0 or better.
